Dreamscape is seeking a talented Unity game developer with a proven track record in game development to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of multi-user VR experiences at our Meyrin (GE) offices. You will join a talented and dynamic team with flexible work arrangements, including possibility to work remotely from home up to 2 days per week 80% to 100% of a full-time position. The position is currently a determined contract for 4 months with possibility to convert to a permanent position at the term.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with creative and technical directors to propose technical solutions, identify constraints, and provide feasibility recommendations.
  • Develop and integrate game assets, mechanics, and solutions to enhance user engagement in VR experiences.
  • Work iteratively on gameplay concepts, providing feedback to creative and technical directors.
  • Offer feedback on existing components and suggest improvements or new features.
  • Write clear, concise, testable, and well-documented code.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Strong programming skills in C#.
  • Several years of professional game development experience with Unity, particularly in VR and/or multiplayer environments.
  • Proven track record of shipping one or more game titles.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Swiss national, European citizen, or holder of permit B/C/G.
